Stu! Stu! Studio! Again!

We really did it this time. We've finally completed our studio! Well, almost. It's really a work in progress, but it is operational! And we have been getting beautiful results!
It's a small space in the second floor of an old, well, "vintage" building on the corner of Jefferson and Nottingham in Grosse Pointe Park

We have a corner spot right above Hungry Howies! Ahh the smell of Pizza! Kidding...
Amasingly I don't smell it in the studio. Thank god! I would be hungry the whole time I'm there!

This is the entrance to the second floor where we are located.



We have Excellent parking. There is Metered parking right in front of the entrance on both sides of Nottingham.
Or there's free parking behind the building.

Cathy's second shoot

It was a beautiful Sunday afternoon, Chris was crazy busy with work.  Tristan talked me into going to the car show down the street.  I decided to take some equipment with me and have a little fun with the kids!

What a great day!

Cathy's first session

 After being by Chris's side, watching him photograph little people for a few years now.  I've decided to take the plunge.  After lots of guidance,lectures and "do's and don'ts"  from Chris.  I think I might be ready to do some photographing myself.  I have the cutest little models to work with so I am very lucky!  Here are some photographs from my first session with my little kiddies!  All photographs and all editing were done by me. I know I still need a ton of practice but I think these turned out pretty good.  Let me know what you think!
